Yes, I will need at least one copy of keys to each door in the house to ensure that I will be able to get in and care for your pets for each visit! I also require an alarm code, you can assign a specific one if you're uncomfortable giving me the master code.
How are we sure our keys are safe in your care?
Your keys will be in a lock box that only I have the code to. I will only have your keys on my person when visits are needed for your fur kids.
What is your cancellation policy?
As long as your cancellation request is received and confirmed before I'm on my way to the visit you will not be charged. I'd recommend cancelling at least 3 hours before your scheduled visit.
Can you administer medication?
Yes. I would be happy to administer any medication during the visit. A walk through from the owner may be needed in some cases.
How should you make payments?
I accept checks, Venmo, Paypal, and cash. Clients typically pay every Friday after walks are finished for the weeks.
What if I need an emergency pet care service?
I will do my absolute best to be there for you, however I can't always guarantee services. I always recommend booking at the latest the night before services are needed.
Do you do group walks?
After I get to know your dog more I can definitely introduce them to some new fur friends with similar personalities.
Do you work on weekends & holidays?
Yes. I am here for you 365 days a year. However, I recommend scheduling services in advance to guarantee availability. Also keep in mind that weekend & holiday rates will apply.
